Who delights us ?
The two chefs behind this place, which opened its doors in late 2023, are Marion Avila, pastry chef, and Jérôme Léon, chef de cuisine. In this sweet little haven on Avenue de Mazargues, you'll find sweet creations, a biscuit shop to dive back into the delights of your childhood, and a savory takeaway option for the office, at home, or for a picnic by the water (we absolutely love that here in Marseille).
A sweet treat you absolutely have to try ?
If you find yourself facing a tough choice, we highly recommend the « white lemon », the signature pastry of the House. The perfect blend of the lightness of a lemon cake, the intensity of a candied lemon marmalade, and the subtlety of a basil mousse. Sorry for the spoiler, but it's really worth the detour, and we can already see you drooling...
What if I don't like lemon?
Relax, Cartesian friends! There’s something for every taste. To discover their wide range of pastries, hop over to their website. And just so you know, for your general knowledge, the white lemon really exists! It comes from Iran and is actually just a sun-dried green lemon. Enjoy it to your heart’s content!
