After spending several years working with the Bigmamma group, the famous duo of Mattia and Francesco has embarked on a completely cool adventure! Just a week ago, they celebrated the opening of their stunning gelateria. In this temple of artisanal ice cream, customers can watch Mattia create ice creams in his lab through a glass window. And what a great idea it is, because when you see him crafting his creations every day, you’ll know that this ice cream maestro was trained in Bologna, Italy, in the heart of true gelaterias, like nowhere else. He proudly displays his many diplomas on the walls of the place; here, ice cream is taken very seriously!

Here, you can savor flavors like : Pistachio (their best-seller), Hazelnut, Cappuccino, Stracciatella, Ricotta and figs, Fior di Latte... Well, we have to admit we’ve tasted almost all of them, and they are truly exceptional, an explosion of flavors in your mouth by Mattia. Special mention for the Cremino and Lemon & Basil (sorbet)!!!
