A Seventies Decor

As soon as you step into the Cabanon de Sausset, you'll discover a beautiful palm-lined pathway, revealing an array of flea market finds scattered all around that wonderfully decorate the restaurant's spaces. This quirky and unique decor gives the Cabanon a never-ending vacation vibe, along with a strong personality that stands out from the surrounding terraces. This place is so fabulous that it has even become a favorite photo shoot spot! Every summer, we find ourselves wanting to be on the illuminated terrace with a charming outdoor feel, hanging out with friends after a sunny day, sipping a cocktail while enjoying the salty sea breeze, or delighting in a family lunch...The Cabanon de Sausset is like the "good buddy of the group", someone we love to hang out with as often as possible, because we know that in their company, we’ll never be disappointed..!

Food Corner

There's no time to linger on the decor, even though it’s truly eye-catching; what really matters is what's on your plate. And lucky for us, Chef Victoire Samuel is passionate about reinventing the menu with the seasons, focusing on fresh ingredients, with daily specials and weekend suggestions. On the menu of delights: for appetizers, it’s shareable tapas like the famous panisse fries, confit garlic with creamy burrata, dorade ceviche with anchovies and ricotta, or Cabanon-style tacos. And for main dishes: linguine alla vongole, roasted monkfish with basil risotto, seared tuna, pistou soup, or grilled dorade with Grenobloise sauce. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted, taking your taste buds on a journey to diverse horizons while keeping the Mediterranean at the heart of the menu.

All these dishes come with a lovely menu of cocktails and mocktails crafted by the bartender, for 10 €. We recommend the mango Margarita, the fresh addition to the menu, super summery!

And if you have a little room for dessert left: make sure not to miss tasting the strawberry pavlova, the rum baba with orange blossom and roasted apricots, or the chocolate raspberry ganache with homemade chouchous… And you can even find ice creams from emkipop
