A fresh breeze is blowing through Château Beaupin with the arrival of Chef Sidi Salhi at the helm of the restaurant. For the past month, the Chef has been delighting the taste buds of hotel guests and visitors alike. You can enjoy dinner there on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and soon brunch on the weekends will be available too. Don’t miss out on this fantastic experience!

A Bistro Like No Other

Bistro Beaupin is a unique bistro, it’s a true living space where people come to . Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening, a unique and refined gastronomic experience awaits you! Several options to delight the taste buds of food lovers: starter and main course for 42 € or the traditional three-course meal for 55 €, or even the chance to savor all the dishes on the menu with the “ Mediterranean stroll ” for 70 € per person. A must-try: Shakshuka, Ceviche, Eggplant,   or the Bouillabaisse, which needs to be ordered 48 hours in advance! In addition to bistro dining, Château Beaupin also offers a snacking menu from 11:30 AM to 9 PM to be enjoyed by the pool, every day of the week except (Thursday-Saturday). Gazpacho and refreshing bites to indulge in and enjoy!longer the Indian summer and its Provençal sweetness...

The Chef

After the success of his establishments Hedone and Hedone Corner, Marseille chef Sidi Salhi takes the reins of the kitchens at Château Beaupin. His plates are as beautiful as they are delicious, inspired by his roots and childhood memories. His cuisine is indulgent, generous, and draws from his Mediterranean heritage, but is fresh and modern with a twist. This self-taught chef fuses Franco-Algerian influences with traditional Mediterranean techniques: a true odyssey of flavors!

It's the return of the must-try Brunch at Château Beaupin starting September 14, join us on Saturdays and Sundays for a unique culinary experience in a splendid setting.
