From June 16 to 21, the Hexagon was buzzing to the beat of France Music Week. A grand event that dedicated an entire week to music. And in Marseille, Lyon, Le Touquet, and Paris, the celebrations were even more spectacular thanks to the electrifying evenings initiated by Bakery Session, in partnership with Crédit Mutuel. This collaboration aimed to shine a spotlight on the vibrancy of local electro scenes across France and to celebrate those two French treasures that are our French touch in music and our bakeries!

What did it look like? Four evenings of 100% free electro music, featuring exceptional emerging talents, and an incredible atmosphere in various bakeries across France... In short, timeless moments that will surely be etched in our memories! Let us tell you all about it!

The first two nights that set the tone

It all kicked off in Marseille with a bang on June 16th! And in this vibrant city, the lineup was fully Mediterranean! Grossomoddo, Deron, Carl Dutt, Venga, Mydoz, Zinger & Cappett took turns at Pain Pan, a local bakery specially transformed for this electro night. The following day, the party continued at the Romane Boulangerie in Lyon, and let's just say the folks from Lyon showed up in full force. The word of the night? Eclecticism! From Panteros666 to ROTM, including Carla Schmitt, Durdenhauer, Mr. Everyone, and Damn Low, all music genres came together in one joyful celebration!to create this electrifying energy.

Amazing closing in Paris on the day of the Music Festival

Then, much further north, Bakery Session made a delightful appearance on June 19. At Touquet, the bakery Sophie Lebreuilly opened its doors to the public, who were in for a huge surprise: spotting the famous football player Djibril Cissé mixed starting at 6:30 PM. He was followed by Upsilone, Mara, CTRL, and Rose Caviar, and the moment was so exceptional that it was extended, much to the delight of the participants.

The highlight of the show? Paris, of course! It was on the day of the Fête de la Musique, June 21, that the last Bakery Session took place at Léonie Bakery in the 12th arrondissement. And when it comes to the line-up, we had an amazing one, an absolutely incredible one: Malaa, A-Trak, Young Franco, DJ Football & DJ Câline, and Slaycebee were all there. We vibed, we danced, and we can’t wait for the next parties!
