2nd edition of the Provence Astronomy Festival

During one week until April 20, 2024, you will be able to explore the universe and dive headfirst into the mysteries of space. Organized by the Marseille Astrophysics Laboratory (LAM), the festival offers a week filled with observations, passionate conferences, and guided tours.

Free Night at the Astronomical Observatory

If you love staring at the stars, but struggle beyond spotting the Big Dipper, take advantage of the night tour organized at the Marseille Astronomical Observatory at Palais de Longchamp on Tuesday evening from 8:30 pm to midnight! The entrance is free and you will finally be able to observe the stars and learn about the constellations with the explanations from experts.

Exclusive Planetarium Workshop

An exclusive planetarium workshop on reservation is also being organized. It includes a guided tour of the Marseille Observatory and its historical instruments, a planetarium session, and a free exhibition and sky observations with telescopes.
