Here, the menu couldn't be more varied as it simply offers you dishes from around the world. The idea behind Esperanto is to provide you with a simple and borderless cuisine, accessible to all palates. You'll find culinary inspirations from all continents, reworked or original recipes, from here and especially from afar... A true invitation to a gastronomic journey without even leaving Lyon! Moreover, the choice of name is not a coincidence: Esperanto is a language invented in 1887av.And it aims to simplify communication between all the inhabitants of the globe. Just like this universal language, Esperanto's cuisine also aims to simplify culinary borders, focusing on authentic and affordable flavors for everyone!
When it comes to the concept, you have 2 sections to choose from: on one hand, the "Karnovoraj" section for meat and seafood lovers, on the other hand the "Vegetarano" section for fans of vegetarian cuisine. Feel free to create your meal according to your preferences and cravings! If you prefer to share or nibble, we recommend choosing 2 dishes per person from both categories for an even more diverse culinary experience. For a more classic meal, we still suggest a "Karnovoraj" dish and a "Vegetarano" dish to get a complete portion for a well-balanced and tasty meal!
Not to be outdone, we finish off with a delicious dessert (banana & caramel tart, apple pie, lemon mousse, chocolate peanut tart, etc...) accompanied by a good digestive of your choice. Gourmet brunch and delicious cocktails
But wait, there's more! Esperanto offers a delicious well-stocked brunch (classic or vegetarian option) with fruit juice and hot drink, at the affordable price of 21€ in autumn and winter. For summer, this treat is replaced by a "fat" English breakfast style formula. A delight for the taste buds and a true feast to start the day off right!
