Stylish decor and hidden speakeasy
This new place, spanning 400 m² on two floors, will showcase the best-of dishes that have made the success of the family-owned restaurant created in 2019 by Alexis Melikov, Nina and Bérénice : the famous Ceviche leche de tigre, the zesty guacamole, the creamy quesadillas, and the crispy tacos ! There will also be a focus on cooking on the grill with 600g pork ribs, marinated in honey and chipotle pepper... These authentic dishes will be savored in an ultra-instagrammable dining room with 110 seats or in a 30-seat basement, designed like a speakeasy.
A new destination full of sunshine in the heart of Lyon
With a name echoing the famous marinade made of lime, chili, and red onion that gives Ceviche its unique and spicy flavor, Tigermilk spreads its spicy spirit. With its carefully designed and exotic decor, it offers a real journey to Central America. But don't worry, the trendy and exotic side of the place does not impact its prices.
The prices are decidedly affordable. Despite impeccable quality and sustainably sourced products, dishes range from €11 to €14, while small sharing plates start at €5.5, as do the desserts (we particularly recommend the XXL profiteroles, chocolate salva maya, or the famous dulce de leche cheesecake). Mixologist Humphrey Bosch has created a cocktail menu centered around South American spirits, with a back bar featuring over 30 references of mezcal.
