After winning the hearts of the people of Lyon since 2019 with their innovative concept of a wine bar with a tap at Lyon Préfecture, Les Assembleurs are back again with a new location in the Garibaldi neighborhood. The recipe remains the same and the result is just as convincing.

At Les Assembleurs, the goal is clear: to democratize the world of wine in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. No more snobbery, it's all about pleasure and discovery! In 2019, Les Assembleurs arrived in Lyon, just a stone's throw from the banks of the Rhône, to delight gourmet palates. Five years later, the success has led the team to duplicate the concept by opening a new location, this time in the Garibaldi district at 144 cours Gambetta in the 7th arrondissement. Blended wines, created and served from the tap

Among the great team in this oenological universe, we find David, the oenologist of the group, who puts all his expertise into a selection of 20 exceptional wines... served from the tap! Here, we trade bottles for tap systems to preserve the freshness and liveliness of each wine while minimizing sulfites. From sustainable agriculture to barrel aging, each step is carefully controlled to offer unique wines, crafted with passion and high standards, that are pure house creations. And when we say creation, we don't necessarily mean high prices, with wines offered at affordable rates starting from 4€ per glass.

A local cuisine with international inspirations

As good French epicureans that we are, it is unthinkable for us to enjoy a glass of wine without accompanying it with good food. Here again, Les Assembleurs are there with a gourmet and inventive cuisine, made from fresh and local products. Every day, the menu is renewed according to the seasons and the team's inspirations, offering a culinary journey that will transport you to the four corners of the world, from Latin American spices to French tradition, and the freshness of Italy.

A perfect terrace for sunny days

The uniqueness of the new Garibaldi address? A beautiful colorful mural in addition to the stone walls and a magnificent bar adorned with golden taps. A real gem for lovers of French terroir and craftsmanship that democratizes wine, making it even more accessible and without any fuss! And as if the list of good points wasn't long enough, the address also has a very beautiful sunny terrace with 70 seats that is truly perfect for enjoying a glass of rosé in the spring and summer heat.
