The most traditional: Mozzato

"You're going to have a little dessert after your 12 kilos of mozzarella, right?" We all know it: when we leave Mozzato, we often roll out. But it is totally impossible for us to refuse this wonderful traditional tiramisu which, according to everyone, is one of the best in the city. It is beautiful, it is delicious and everything is perfectly executed. Forget about the diet, after all, we knew very well what awaited us when we ventured here...

The most comforting: Les Fils à Maman
You are clearly not ready for this tiramisu... Les Fils à Maman is THE restaurant that takes us back to childhood every time. On the menu: Babybel croquettes, homemade cordon bleu, truffle ham macaroni... and Kinder tiramisu (yes, you read that right). Naturally, when you add one delicious thing to another delicious thing, it becomes super delicious. No surprises inside but the taste will be enough, believe us... The most changing: Lello

In addition to being one of our favorite Italian restaurants in Lyon, Lello pulls out Mama's good tiramisu recipe when it comes to concluding the festival of flavors. You have two choices: a classic tiramisu and a slightly fancier version based on the traditional recipe. The latter changes depending on the seasons and the chef's desires, with options such as a caramel-walnut combo, a fig-chestnut one for Christmas, lots of red fruits in the summer, and even a speculoos recipe as a nod to Belgium (where the chef often works). And it's a hit every time.

The most revisited: Okawali

What, a tiramisu in a Japanese restaurant? Oh yes, my friends, the cool thing about cooking is that nothing is forbidden. At Okawali, they had the brilliant idea to reinvent tiramisu with a Japanese twist. With rice and fish sauce, you ask? Absolutely not! Instead, they used a recipe with green tea and red beans. And the result is simply DIVINE. Of course, it's not exactly the same as the traditional recipe, but the surprise is worth it.

Most fruity: Pimprenelle

At Pimprenelle, we love everything: the friendly atmosphere, the fairy-tale decoration, the lovely owner, the generous cuisine, and the pastries, of course. When it's snack time and a sudden craving for calories is eating you up from the inside but the last ounce of willpower you have left is asking for something light, there is only one solution: the red fruit tiramisu. In a tall wine glass, the layers stack up to create a treat that is as beautiful as it is delicious and much lighter than the traditional recipe.

The most instagrammable: Signed Extrait

With Signé Extrait, it's our little guilty pleasure in Presqu'île. A true temple of sweet pleasures, this expert coffee shop in roasting unveils pastries to die for at snack time. Whether you enjoy it on the spot or take it away, the homemade tiramisu pie is well worth the detour. First, because it will integrate perfectly into your Instagram feed. And then because it is both tasty and very subtle. We can already hear the aficionados saying that it lacks whiskey and coffee (which is not entirely false), but we loved it.
