From October 3 to November 11, 2026, Walibi Rhône-Alpes transforms into a playground for thrill-seekers with WAAAlloween. This year, Dr. Mystic arrives with the Mystic Zone, a brand new immersive universe and its Voodoo Bar. Five haunted houses are available by reservation, from €3 to €7: AlcatraZ, ClownZ'Trofobia, Le Manoir, Anaconda, and Uranium. The boldest can also enjoy Mystic Nights on October 24 and 31, from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m., with horrific shows, DJ sets, nighttime attractions, and fireworks. Not recommended for under 16s, these evenings promise a good dose of adrenaline. Families aren't forgotten either, with face painting, treasure hunts, pumpkin carving, and shows suited for the youngest visitors.

What if Halloween was celebrated on the water? On October 31st, Bateaux Lyonnais transforms the Hermès II into a ship of the strange for an evening among creatures of the night, music, and delicious treats. On the agenda: finger food, culinary entertainment, a candy bar, spooky surprises, and a DJ set until midnight. A costume contest for the most terrifying outfits will let passengers unleash their creativity. Fair warning: costumes are mandatory—no hope of blending in with the monsters! Boarding begins at 8 PM, departure at 9 PM. The boat returns to the dock at 11 PM, before giving way to an evening of dancing until midnight. Just 45 minutes from Lyon, the Parc des Oiseaux offers a family-friendly Halloween experience, mixing magic, candy, and gentle scares. From October 17 to November 1, visitors can enjoy the show "The Secret of the Other World," with five daily performances at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2 p.m., 3 p.m., and 4 p.m. Admission is free, subject to availability. The AutoVille and Rétro Bus Lyonnais associations are organizing an unusual nighttime ride on vintage buses to discover Lyon in a whole new way once darkness falls. Departing from Gorge de Loup, the route will cross through downtown and southwest Lyon, with arrival at the Cordeliers planned between 2 and 3 in the morning.
