It's official: the very first school entirely dedicated to artificial intelligence careers will open its doors in 2026 in Lyon. With this unique campus from Jedha School, the city is set to become a real-life laboratory for AI, gaining a head start over the rest of France. It will be the only establishment in France designed specifically for training professionals of tomorrow.
Strategic training to meet market needs
The Lyon campus will offer 60 spots starting September 2026, available to students from high school to master's degree. The programs will cover all key skills: data, governance, technologies, and applied AI. The goal is clear: to prepare 1,000 talents by 2030, in a context where local and national companies are already struggling to hire.

Jedha AI School has a clear ambition: to make Lyon an international reference in artificial intelligence. Students will have the choice of three campuses — Paris, Lyon, and Bordeaux — with 60 spots available in each city. This means that the Lyon metropolitan area is becoming a hub of talent, closely aligned with the real needs of businesses.
An opportunity in a rapidly changing market
According to the World Economic Forum, 39% of key skills will have evolved by 2030, and up to 78 million jobs could be created globally due to AI. Training in AI today ensures a strategic position in tomorrow’s transformations.
For Valérie Dmitrovic, the director...cute; General of Jedha AI School interviewed by Vivre-Villes, the stakes are huge: “AI impacts all sectors, from healthcare to finance, including industry and creation. Training in AI means learning to design and oversee intelligent systems.” Lyon is getting ready to become a crucial hub of innovation and training in artificial intelligence.
