We knew about burgers, sandwiches, tacos, and falafels. However, we had never heard of a fast-food restaurant dedicated 100% to crepes. This appetizing idea comes from the mind of a famous chef in the region: Christian Bacque.
After heating up the stoves of Passage, near Terreaux, Christian Bacque went into exile in a gourmet restaurant in Mexico. Back home, he has just opened the very first fast food creperie in the Part-Dieu district.
Organic products made in Brittany
Mainly served with salads and cider (Breizh power!), buckwheat or wheat pancakes are prepared with great care. From flour to Guérande salt, cider, jams, salted butter caramels, and Nocciolata (a Nutella replacement), all products have been carefully selected and are guaranteed organic.
Served in a contemporary setting with ultra-sleek design, the treats have everything to please. And since we like to share, we'll reveal our favorite combinations: Chicken Tikka, bell pepper, egg, and emmental for the savory crepe, and Apple, salted caramel for the sweet version. The wraps are also worth lingering over (and we did...). And even though we stuffed ourselves, we came out feeling much lighter than after another fast-food meal. And for the laziest, we can even have it delivered to our doorstep...
