Hugo and Tom, two young graduates from the Paul Bocuse Institute, envisioned Greekia after falling in love with Greece from a very young age! As adults, they decided to take a trip back to the ultimate land of tzatziki and tarama (among other delicious foods, of course). It was while strolling through a market that they met Papou Georges, a grandpa hooked and passionate about Gyros (a traditional Greek sandwich derived from the Turkish dish, the famous döner kebab), who welcomed them with open arms...
Since then, Hugo and Tom have decided to pass on this passion that has fueled them since that beautiful encounter, and the lucky little town that will benefit from it is none other than Lyon! Welcome to Greekia, where you can enjoy an authentic, delicious, healthy, and refreshing cuisine.
