The deli Bobosse, well known for its delicious andouillettes, is organizing the first edition of the Saint-Bobosse at the Cellar of the Compagnons du Beaujolais in Lacenas (40km from Lyon). Among the highlights of this celebration that promises to be delicious, one of them has piqued our curiosity (and appetite): the creation of the world's largest andouillette, surpassing the current record of 10.80 meters! Imagine the enticing smell, the authentic taste of this giant Lyonnaise delicacy, and above all, the joy of sharing it with a lovely group. The day will also be marked by an engaging conference on the world of charcuterie, led by Yves Rouèche, a famous gastronomic columnist.
