He was the youngest contestant on the show "Le Meilleur Pâtissier" on M6 and became its youngest winner. Originally from Lyon, Timothée (16 years old at the time of his victory and now 17) had to take on three big challenges to win. The first mission: to create a cake that expressed his dearest wish. Then, he tackled a tough task: crafting a galette des reines under the watchful eye of the famous pastry chef Nina Métayer, who will be in Lyon this Friday.

But it was during the final challenge that he truly shined. Facing Tsiory, after José's elimination, Timothée presented a bold signature cake, combining vanilla, raspberry, and Espelette pepper. This creation won over the jury, composed of Mercotte, Cyril Lignac, Pierre Hermé, and the guests of this memorable finale.

An inspiring journey and a triumphant return to Lyon

Now residing in Switzerland, Timothée has never forgotten his Lyon roots. This young pastry chef, followed by nearly 200,000 followers on Instagram, has captivated viewers with both his talent and his composure. "I don’t lose my cool; I always find a plan B or C. I never give up!” he shared with Lyon Femmes before the show.
