A unique "Italian village" concept in France
The future IT Villaggio restaurant will offer an immersive experience inspired by a traditional Italian village. Rather than just a restaurant, the project aims to be...a whole living space apart, with an atmosphere reminiscent of the charming squares and alleys of Italy. This spectacular concept already exists in another large shopping center: Cap 3000, near Nice. In Lyon, the idea is to recreate this friendly and festive atmosphere in the heart of the shopping center. Visitors will be able to immerse themselves in a decor inspired by a transalpine village, where Italian cuisine takes center stage in the experience.

Behind this project is a brand that is experiencing rapid growth in France. Founded in 2014 by two brothers with Calabrian roots, IT Italian Trattoria has quickly made a name for itself in the Italian dining scene. Today, the brand boasts over 60 trattorias in France, with a clear promise: to offer authentic, family-style Italian cuisine that everyone can enjoy. The recipes are inspired by Italian tradition and crafted by Renato, one of the founders. The products are directly imported from Italy, and the dishes are prepared right in front of customers, all in the spirit of transparency and friendliness.
