Urgent recall of smoked salmon sold at Leclerc and Carrefour in Lyon

Despite increasingly stringent controls, not a day goes by without a contaminated product being urgently recalled. This Monday, January 30, the site Rappel Conso warned of a potential risk of listeria monocytogenes in two brands of smoked salmon sold by Leclerc and Carrefour stores in Lyon. The products affected are the " Organic smoked salmon 2 slices 80g " and "Organic smoked salmon 4 slices 140g " from the Carrefour Bio brand, batches 01236020 and 01336020, with expiration dates of 19/01/2023. There is also the "« Norwegian ASC-raised smoked salmon - 8 slices - 300g " from La Ronde des mers sold at Leclerc with an expiration date between 23/01/2023 and 29/01/2023 (batch 01436020).

If you have purchased these products, stores ask you not to consume them and to return them to the store before March 28th. And if by chance you have eaten them and are experiencing symptoms such as headaches, body aches, and fever, please consult a doctor immediately.
