Servers replaced by little trains
The scene is set, but it's on the service side that Sushi Way makes the difference. Traditional servers are out, replaced by motorized little trains! Armed with their touch tablets, diners will have the pleasure of placing their order with ease, choosing from a tempting selection of sushi, maki, California rolls, noodles, and sashimi.
But what makes Sushi Way really special is the arrival on the scene of the shinkansens, these small trains inspired by the famous ultra-fast locomotives of Japan. Like a mechanical ballet, these futuristic vehicles glide along the tracks, bringing plates filled with Japanese delights directly to the customers.
