Behind this wave of spices and flavors are a passionate duo: Norman Kolton, the founder who took Paris by storm in 2015, and Joël Opisso, a savvy entrepreneur from Lyon, who brings this first regional location to life. Their mission? To prove that a city like Lyon, the cradle of French gastronomy, can be electrified by raw, fiery, popular cuisine… that’s also expertly mastered.

In a 120 m² space spread over two levels, with 60 seated covers, there's takeout, delivery, and service 7 days a week. The decor is set: neon lights, raw walls, shared tables, and a disco ball in the restroom. Yes, it’s a bit wild — and it works! On the plate, Asia is shouting: coconut milk satay skewers, pad thai wrapped in tamarind, creamy curry, and crispy, tender fried chicken with 40 spices. Everything is cooked fresh, right before your eyes, in an atmosphere as fiery as the flames of the wok.
Street Bangkok is the street that vibrates, smokes, and oozes flavors from around the world. And Lyon, ready or not, is going to have to turn up the volume.
