Anthony Bonnet, elected as the "Young Talented Chef" by Gault & Millau and recognized by the Michelin Guide, usually oversees the kitchens of the Les Loges restaurant and the Comptoir à Cour des Loges. An ephemeral experience that will take you between Sky and Earth, at the heart of Lyon's gastronomy.
