La Maison Sève has entered the world’s Top 10 with the prestigious title of “Must-Have Chocolatier.” A true institution in Lyon, the house founded by Richard and Gaëlle Sève has once again shown that the capital of Gauls can shine when it comes to deliciousness. At the Salon du Chocolat in Paris, the jury of the Chocolate Enthusiasts Guide praised the excellence of Lyon's craftsmanship by awarding the house two Golden Tablets for 2026 — a double recognition that signifies absolute excellence in the world of cocoa.

Creations that elevate cocoa
The two award-winning bars embody the best of creativity and taste. The first, a Peru Piura 76% Grand Cru Bean-to-Bar Dark Chocolate, captivated with its complex aromatic profile where cocoa, ripe fruits, and subtle spices blend together. The second, a Milk Chocolate Filled with Spreadable Paste, won over the jury with its melting texture and irresistible generosity. Behind these creations, there’s a rare dedication and a constant desire to combine finesse and emotion.
