A new chapter for this gourmet restaurant
The downgrade comes just a few months after a significant change in the kitchen. At the beginning of the year, chef David Delsart left the kitchen after twenty-one years at the establishment and with the hotel group Arteloge. Such longevity is rare in the culinary world and had greatly contributed to the reputation of this restaurant perched high above Vieux Lyon. With its terrace offering one of the most beautiful views of the city, Les Terrasses de Lyon was one of the iconic addresses for a gourmet experience in the capital of the Gauls.
