Lyon, the promised land of cookies

If the ranking is mainly occupied by Parisian addresses, three Lyon establishments stand out. First, there is the pastry shop Minnà (12 rue d’Algérie in Lyon 1st) which impresses with its golden-edged cookie with a texture between crunchy and soft. A place that delights the taste buds with exquisite caramelized notes, perfect for a delicious break.

Let's talk about two amazing bakeries: Mariller les Saveurs in Lyon 6th and Lyon 4th. They have cookies with a wonderfully sandy texture and delicious toppings like salted butter caramel, praline, and crunchy roasted hazelnuts. And don't forget about Soha Cookies, located at 31 Cours Franklin Roosevelt in Lyon 6th. Sophie Hamandjian, a graduate of the Lyfe Institute, creates heart-shaped raw dough cookies with chocolate notes that will delight any gourmet. You must try the Dulcey chocolate and crunchy hazelnut cookie, it's a real treat that you can enjoy without any guilt!
