After the Pierre Orsi restaurant and Les Apothicaires, another great address of Lyonnais gastronomy is set to close its doors. The Michelin-starred restaurant PRaiRiaL will close its doors starting from July 1st. The end of one story and the beginning of another adventure from next fall.

After 8 years of an exciting adventure sharing his gastronomic universe and that of local producers and artisans, chef Gaëtan Gentil announced the closure of his restaurant PRaiRiaL from July 1, 2023. Located in the heart of the 1st arrondissement of Lyon, the restaurant had opened its doors in 2015 and quickly earned a Michelin star the following year. Gaëtan Gentil's commitment to ecology was also recognized with the green star from the guide. A new address in the fall The chef's training with great names in gastronomy such as Jean-François Piège, Yannick Alléno, and Emmanuel Renaut, as well as his childhood spent in the countryside, instilled in him a love for quality products and a deep respect for nature. The opening of Prairial was a dream come true for Gaëtan Gentil. After these 8 beautiful years, Gaëtan Gentil now wishes to write a new chapter. "This is not the end of our adventure. We will be delight...It's a pleasure to announce that this fall we will be moving to a new location that better reflects our ambitions and our desire to push the boundaries of the Prairial experience.
