A gold medal for his Neapolitan pizza
In the Classic Neapolitan Pizza category, Peppe Cutraro took first place with a creation that radiates the warmth of the Italian sun: smoked provola, crushed pepper, roasted tomato base, confit tomatoes, fresh basil, and a drizzle of olive oil. A precisely crafted composition that left the entire jury in awe. A pizza that embodies tradition… but with that expert twist that makes all the difference.

The second medal is just as impressive: in the Gourmet Pizza category, the chef wows us with a completely crazy dessert pizza. A deep-fried and caramelized dough, topped with a vanilla ricotta-mascarpone cream, zested with lemon, and adorned with caramelized apples sprinkled with cinnamon, hazelnuts, chocolate shavings, fried basil, and powdered sugar. It's such an indulgent treat that we could almost classify it as a UNESCO World Heritage of temptation.
