After reopening a Lyon bakery at Lyon Part-Dieu station in August 2023, Pierre Hermé has now set up shop at Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport since December 19. For anyone dreaming of enjoying the creations of the "Picasso of Pastry," this pop-up is a must-stop before your flight. On the menu: the famous signature macarons like Infiniment Vanille, Infiniment Chocolat Paineiras, and bold flavors like Mogador (milk chocolate and passion fruit) and the iconic Ispahan (rose, raspberry, and lychee).

A Sweet Stop Before Takeoff

This partnership between SSP Frabeli, a leader in food services at transport sites, and Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport embodies a shared goal: to redefine the standards of dining while in transit. Gérard d’Onofrio, CEO of SSP, emphasizes: “Enhancing the travel experience by offering a moment of refinement and gourmet pleasure, whether alone or with family.” For Pierre Grosmaire, Commercial and Marketing Director of Lyon Airports: “Lyon Airport is delighted to welcome Maison Pierre Hermé Paris to provide its passengers with a new gourmet experience. The airport works closely with its partners to offer travelers an increasingly attractive and high-quality commercial offering.”
