In an effort to shake up the stereotypes and bring about more change, TheFork is launching its Green Weeks and unveiling its selection of the 100 best eco-responsible restaurants in France. This selection is based on ratings and reviews from food lovers who have already tried them, but that's not all! It has also been verified and approved by the FiG label (Food Index for Good), which aims to promote eco-responsible restaurants. The evaluation grid developed takes into account the emphasis on plant-based options, the use of seasonal, local, and organic ingredients, waste management, unsold goods, and a priority for renewable energy.
