Maxime Riondet, 19 years old, hailing from Bessenay and already well-known in the Lyonnais Mountains, stands out with a skill set that amazed the CNBPF jury. This title not only confirms his talent but also shines a spotlight on the Lyon region.

Graduating with a professional diploma in bakery-pastry from the Lycée François-Rabelais in Dardilly, Maxime didn’t take long to step into the big league. Now working at the bakery Valentin Pain in Bessenay, he is also pursuing a professional qualification at the Campus de Groisy. Passionate, perfectionist, and curious, he sees each competition as a giant laboratory where techniques are exchanged.
