The project, born from the innovative spirit of the students at the Lyfe Institute, aims to explore the evolution of gastronomy through the ages. "We wanted to offer a unique culinary experience around the evolution of gastronomy throughout history," explains the team behind TEMPO. Each dish is the result of in-depth research and unrestrained creativity, promising to nourish not only the stomach but also the mind.
