Before it, the choux bar Trop Chou also specialized in these delights but eventually had to close its doors after a few years of existence. This address opened in May 2023 in the Old Lyon offers choux with over 20 different flavors! Whether you prefer classic or adventurous, there will be something for everyone. Vanilla, chocolate, lemon meringue, pistachio, coffee, passion fruit-raspberry, apple tatin, or even more original flavors like violet-blueberry, peanuts, or even cotton candy, you will surely find your happiness.

Once you've made your choice from this wide selection of choux pastries, ranging from soft to crispy, you can either take your pastry home or enjoy it right away by sitting inside the store or on the small terrace located in the heart of Old Lyon.
