If you love good seasonal products, the couple behind the concept offers a menu that evolves with the harvests, the harvests, and meetings with producers. Constant inventiveness guarantees a rooted and constantly renewed gustatory adventure. Dishes come to life under the chef's expert hands, offering flavors that are both subtle and surprising. The restaurant offers two menus: the Confluence Menu in 6 courses at 99 euros (lunch only) and the Prairial Menu in 8 courses at 129 euros.

To complete this gastronomic masterpiece, Céline Boinon adds her personal touch with a selection of 950 wine references, carefully chosen after direct meetings with the winemakers.
