This year again, we drooled with envy watching the Top Chef show, which crowned the young Hugo Riboulet. Good news: reality will surpass fiction as the winner of the 2023 edition will be visiting Lyon from June 27th to July 1st and will be taking over a restaurant in Lyon: BOTANI Café.

For 5 days, the talented master chef from Ardèche (and protégé of Philippe Etchebest during the show) will be offering a signature menu created   in collaboration with BOTANI's chef, Juliette Dufêtre. This creation will be entirely shareable for 2, 4 or 6 people for the price of €69 per person. In the formula for 2 people, you will find 2 starters, 2 main courses, 1 side dish, and 2 desserts.

After this delicious Lyon parenthesis, Hugo Riboulet will join the capital where he will open a street-food restaurant with his brigade colleague Albane Auvray in November 2023. Lyon will therefore discover this raw talent exclusively!
