It’s a recognition that launches G5 into another dimension. Located in the 2nd district of Lyon, this immersive cocktail bar is the only establishment in the department to have received the recognition from Gault & Millau in its 2026-2027 edition for the excellence of its cocktails and service. This distinction comes just in time to celebrate its first anniversary. The name is no coincidence: “G” stands for galaxy, and “5” for quintessence and harmony. The menu plays the celestial card with twelve creations, each linked to an astrological sign. With every visit, guests receive a card matching the current sign along with its dedicated cocktail. Those who manage to collect all twelve throughout the year will leave with a surprise. It's a playful mechanism that strengthens loyalty and attachment to the place.
