With 2 shops located in Lyon (Vieux-Lyon and Confluence), they offer a plethora of delicious and totally addictive recipes. And for good reason: their lovely American-style cookies are prepared daily with care for a crunchy and chewy result. The cookie dough is made every day in their workshop in Gennevilliers, then sent to the shops for you to enjoy!

At La Fabrique Cookies, when the school year starts, it means a new day for free cookie distribution. And that makes us happy! This year, Cookie Day will take place on September 18 with around 20,000 cookies to enjoy without spending a single penny. To take part, just head over to one of their Lyon shops. The little extra touch ;? Fabrique Cookies will let you taste the favorite cookie of internet users, a poll you can join on social media with 5 delightful recipes to choose from: white chocolate and macadamia nuts; milk chocolate and hazelnut praline; milk chocolate and pecans; white chocolate and coconut; dark chocolate and chili.
