Located at 7 rue Dubois in the 2nd arrondissement, the Bru shop invites you to rediscover this traditional deli specialty with a modern and bold twist. With no less than ten different recipes, there’s something for everyone’s taste: 6 savory recipes (including a Thai version with pork marinated in soy and coconut-lemongrass chicken), 2 sweet ones (perfect for culinary adventurers), 2 vegetarian options, and one cheesy delight (because who can say no to a little cheese?).

The temple of pâté croûte, Lyon style

Bru, that's Bruno to his friends. Before diving into charcuterie, this Lyon entrepreneur made a name for himself in sales, commerce, and even real estate. But his passion led him to earn a CAP in charcuterie and refine his skills with big names like Jérémy Crauser, Yohan Lastre, and Cédric Maziller. Bruno's creations are as beautiful to look at as they are to taste: each pâté croûte is crafted like a little gastronomic masterpiece.

Here, quality is the name of the game: non-nitrite meats, organic and seasonal products, everything is designed to provide a top-notch tasting experience. You can bet we’re going to rush over to fill our cones!
