Mauro Colagreco, does that ring a bell? The Argentinian chef is at the helm of Mirazur in Menton, a three-star restaurant that was named the best restaurant in the world by the World's 50 Best Restaurants ranking. That's quite something! In addition to his Michelin-starred restaurant, the chef also had the great idea to open a pizzeria, named Pecora Negra, in 2019 in Menton as well. Two years later, the master of the kitchen opened a second Pecora Negra location, this time in the center of Strasbourg. And this year, it's Lyon's turn to welcome this marvel, which will open its doors on January 23 at 89 rue Bossuet in Lyon 6e. HOORAY!

On the menu: traditional recipes but also rare ingredients from local producers, high-quality dough, a Neapolitan oven, and cooking with olive wood fire! Definitely enough to make our mouths water...
