There are stories we love to share because they smell like warm bread and local success. The story of Raphaël Azoulay is definitely one of them. Just a year after tantalizing the taste buds of the folks in Croix-Rousse with his bakery Jadis, he's now in the spotlight of La Meilleure Boulangerie de France, the star culinary show on M6. Our artisan from Lyon will have to impress the most feared judges in the country – Bruno Cormerais, Noémie Honiat, and Michel Sarran – with beautifully golden loaves and homemade creations.

Live Broadcast and Happy Hour at the Bakery
The big media splash is set for Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 6:30 PM. And because happiness never comes alone, Raphaël has decided to turn his bakery into a true HQ for hungry supporters. On the agenda: live broadcast on a big screen, neighborhood vibe, and an ultra-generous dinner cocktail featuring pizzas, fougasses, and homemade spreads. Let’s just say, we’re far from having chips and a TV tray in front of Top Chef.

So if you’re someone who loves to cheer for local talent and enjoys stories filled with flour and passion, this is the place for you! It’s happening at Jadis, located at 10 rue Pailleron, in the 4th district, right on the slopes where the love for good bread makes the hearts of Croix-Roussians flutter. Here, it's not just about playing for TV glory. We play as a community, and most importantly, we eat delicious food.
