Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 500g pasta
- 250g aged cheddar cheese (6 months)
- 50cl liquid cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Spring onion
Preparation:
- Cook the macaroni pasta (al dente)
- Cut a good quality cheddar cheese into small cubes, then use a cutter to turn them into granules (easier to melt)
- In a saucepan, heat the salted and peppered cream
- Add the cheddar cheese and melt while stirring, then add the pasta
- Let it reduce slightly so that the pasta is well coated
- Sprinkle a little extra cheddar cheese at the end of cooking (for a stronger flavor)
- Mix and serve with finely chopped spring onion

- On a baking tray, place 4.
- Place bacon slices on parchment paper
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes
- Chop slices and sprinkle over pasta
