INGREDIENTS:
- 5 endives
- 1 goat cheese log
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 10 walnuts
- 1 small puff pastry
- 1 green salad
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
STEPS:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Remove the stems from the endives and cut them into thick slices, then sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil for 15 minutes covered with a little salt.
3. When the endives are cooked, add 1 tablespoon of honey (keep the rest for later in the recipe).
4. During the cooking, spread the remaining honey on the bottom of the mold and cover with slices of goat cheese log.
5. Add the endives on top and cover with the puff pastry.

6. Bake at 200° for 30 minutes.
7. Prepare the salad and vinaigrette dressing.
8. Once cooked, flip the tart onto a serving dish and sprinkle crushed walnuts on top. Serve hot with a green salad.
