Ingredients for 15 cookies:

  • 80g of salami
  • 150g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 200g of parmesan
  • 60g of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 40g of sun-dried tomatoes

Preparation:

  1. Remove the skin from the salami and cut it into small dice. Also cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.

  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, and grated parmesan. Add the butter and egg. Knead the dough by hand. Add the diced salami and sun-dried tomatoes. Shape the dough into a log.

  3. Wrap and place in the freezer for 30 minutes

  4. Preheat the oven to 210°

  5. Take out the dough and cut it into slices

  6. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes

  7. Let cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
