Ingredients for 15 cookies:
- 80g of salami
- 150g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 200g of parmesan
- 60g of butter
- 1 egg
- 40g of sun-dried tomatoes
Preparation:
- Remove the skin from the salami and cut it into small dice. Also cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and grated parmesan. Add the butter and egg. Knead the dough by hand. Add the diced salami and sun-dried tomatoes. Shape the dough into a log.
- Wrap and place in the freezer for 30 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 210°
- Take out the dough and cut it into slices
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes
- Let cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
