Ingredients (for 6 people):
- 1 brie (20 cm in diameter)
- 1 onion
- 150g of bacon cubes
- 250g of spaghetti
- parsley
- oil
Preparation:
- Sauté the sliced onion and bacon cubes for 5 minutes in a pan with a little oil. Add chopped parsley and mix.
- Cut the top rind of the brie 2 cm from the edge. Lift the rind and place the mixture of grilled onion and bacon cubes inside.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 160°C.
- Cook the spaghetti for 8 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain the pasta and form spaghetti rolls using forks.
- Dip the pasta rolls inside the cheese and enjoy hot.
