FOR 4 PEOPLE PREPARATION: 20 MINUTES COOKING: 35 MINUTES INGREDIENTS: - 600g of gnocchi - 200g of bacon - 1 onion - 200g of thick crème fraiche - 3cl of white wine - 1 farmhouse Reblochon cheese - 1 cl of oil - Pepper PREPARATION: - Chop the onion and sauté it with the bacon in a non-stick pan. Deglaze with white wine. Let it reduce, then add the crème fraiche and pepper. Let it cook for one to two minutes. Set aside. - Sauté the gnocchi with a drizzle of olive oil. - In a dish, add the gnocchi. Add the cream with bacon & onions. Place the pieces of Reblochon cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C. - Serve hot with a side salad. You can find all of Stephatable's other recipes on her website here.
