Pastry chef for over 20 years in luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, Christophe Tuloup is currently working alongside chef Christian Têtedoie to create gourmet and whimsical menus all the way to dessert. Also a teacher at the National School of Pastry, consultant for professionals, and brand ambassador, he has always been passionate about passing on his expertise. Adapting his creations with the seasons, he enjoys playing with ingredients and textures to create visually stunning and flavorful desserts.

30 hours of training, 25 recipes, and 40 techniques

For the first time, the Yolk agency, specialized in culinary consulting, had the great idea to launch a new concept: a series of masterclasses with expert chefs in their field. The goal: to allow enthusiasts and cooking lovers to cook like a top chef. And to kick things off, it's Christophe Tuloup who will offer a complete training in 10 very private 3-hour sessions with 25 recipes and 40 techniques to learn how to work with products, create and make your own desserts.

On the agenda: choux pastry, whipped ganache, almond biscuit, puff pastry, meringue, dacquoise, rolled biscuit, pastry cream, glazing, almond cream, creamy fillings, chocolate decorations, tuiles... The sessions will take place in the Creative Kitchen of the Yolk agency (at 22 rue Saint-Michel in the 7th arrondissement of Lyon) one Saturday per month from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm between October 2020 and July 2021 (October 17, November 14, December 19, January 16, February 13, March 13, April 17, May 15, June 19, and July 17).
