On the occasion of the International Day of Happiness, BonHer is thinking big. The association is organizing a “BonHer Party,” an evening entirely dedicated to women, at a well-known spot in Lyon: Caillou. The idea? To create a safe and festive space where women can come together, connect, and simply enjoy a moment away from their daily routines. It’s a concept that blends a girls’ night out with a genuine social initiative, driven by a clear purpose: to combat isolation and encourage connections.
A committed initiative focused on mental health
Behind this evening lies a much deeper approach than just a festive event. For several years now, ...BonHer works for mental health and women's well-being in Lyon. The organization has developed a helpline, a dedicated app, and a network of professionals to support women in their daily lives. However, through conversations, it has become clear that beyond just listening, many feel the need to create real-life connections.

This is exactly the reality from which the BonHer Party was born, imagined as a moment of collective breathing, where words flow freely... and fun takes center stage.
An evening of karaoke, dancing, and 90s-2000s hits
On March 20, Caillou will transform into a true festive cocoon. On the agenda: a giant karaoke to break the ice from the very first minutes, followed by a dance class to let loose without pressure. As for the vibe, get ready for a playlist that's 100% hits from the 90s and 2000s. Translation: perfect for singing (loudly), dancing (freely), and diving back into an era where the catchiest hooks lingered in your head for days. A photobooth will also be set up to capture the evening, while cocktails and soft drinks accompany the conversations and bursts of laughter.

Far from being a one-time event, this evening is part of a wonderful journey brought to you by the BonHer Club, which plans to organize similar events every month in Lyon. The goal is clear: to create a kind and sustainable community where women can regularly come together, free from pressure, in a festive and reassuring atmosphere.
