It's not just a party; it's a metamorphosis! From October 16 to 19, 2025, Prague transforms into an open-air art gallery where light dances on every façade and monument. Since its inception in 2013, the event has already drawn over 4.5 million visitors, and last year, nearly 500,000 curious souls strolled the streets, amazed by the spectacle. Every year, the festival presents a new theme, inviting artists to explore our world through interactive installations, video mapping, and immersive creations.

A whole city as a shining canvas
Prague is reinventing itself from a whole new perspective. Imagine the Charles Bridge, the Astronomical Clock, or the Old Town, all illuminated by futuristic projections. Each iconic spot becomes a playground for visionary artists. What makes this experience even more magical is that it’s accessible to everyone: most installations are free, while some premium areas showcase even more spectacular works. And to keep the celebration going, afterparties bring together DJ sets and artistic performances.

The Signal Festival isn’t just a visual spectacle, it’s a cultural manifesto. By blending art, technology, and social reflection, it redefines Prague’s place on the map of major European events. Lyon will need to step up its creativity, as the Czech capital has truly claimed the crown of light.
