Crit'Air 3 vehicles banned from the ZFEAfter Crit'Air 4 vehicles are banned in early 2024, it's now time for Crit'Air 3 to be excluded from the Low Emission Zone (ZFE) in the Lyon metropolitan area. As of January 1, 2025, gasoline cars registered between 1997 and 2005 or diesel vehicles older than 2010 will no longer be allowed to drive in Lyon and its surroundings. The affected area includes Lyon, Caluire-et-Cuire, parts of Villeurbanne, Bron, and Vénissieux within the Laurent Bonnevay ring road, not to mention major routes like the M6-M7, the northern ring road, and the Laurent Bonnevay ring road. The restrictions are in effect at all times: 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and apply equally.in parking than in circulation.

In collaboration with the Lyfe Institute (formerly the Paul Bocuse Institute), he will open a school-restaurant called Pavyllon in December 2025, right at the heart of Place Bellecour. This new venture will take the place of the current application restaurant L’Institut, nestled within the Hôtel Le Royal. Every year, over 300 students from all corners of the globe will have the opportunity to refine their cooking and service skills.
