Forget about the bicycle and all those bike paths! In Vénissieux, it's the roar of engines that will make the streets come alive starting this Friday. Named Mo-Town, this brand-new village dedicated to the world of motorcycles is arriving in the south of Lyon with a clear ambition: to become the new French temple for two-wheelers. With its 16,800 m² of space, it officially takes the crown from Montpellier, which was the big leader in the industry until now.

A huge playground for motorcycle lovers

In this XXL playground, you’ll find a delightful array of dealerships and accessory shops from some of the biggest brands. Triumph is the first to kick things off, and soon enough the place will be buzzing with activity. A small downside (and a noticeable absence): Harley-Davidson won’t be joining the fun. The American giant, facing some challenges, chose to decline the invitation. But no worries! Mo-Town is all set to captivate enthusiasts with its concept inspired by the MotoPark in Montpellier, offering a “total experience” for seasoned riders and curious newcomers alike.

A lively place with showrooms, a brasserie, and concerts

Yes, in a metropolitan area of Lyon where bicycles reign supreme, this venture definitely feels like a refreshing change. But for Hervé Bechetoille, the head of Triumph Lyon and co-pilot of the project, the goal is clear: to create a real community around motorcycles (source: Le Parisien). ```Such a promise makes it hard not to want to hop on a speedy ride and zoom down to the south…
