Revealed by Bruno Bernard, president of the EELV Metropolis, this new tramway car is a true tribute to inclusion. Each side of the tramway is decorated with colorful drawings, depicting athletes in action: field hockey, rugby, football, and gymnastics. A large band proudly displays the LGBT+ rainbow flag, while illustrations of plants - trees and flowers - embellish the whole.
A tramway beautified by Lyon artist Jeanne Saboureault
Lyon artist Jeanne Saboureault, with nearly 6,000 followers on Instagram, is the artist behind this colorful work. Her dynamic and inclusive style has perfectly captured the spirit of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, while celebrating diversity and inclusion in sports.
This rainbow tram, which has been running since last Friday, will remain visible on the TCL network all summer long. An initiative that doesn't go unnoticed and adds a touch of color and joy to the daily commutes of the people of Lyon.
