A lynx has been filmed several times in a forest in Curis-au-Mont-d'Or, just a few kilometers from Lyon. A very rare sighting that is sure to amaze and raise questions.

Malinx, the lynx! Among the most majestic animals that exist, the lynx is also one of the most intriguing. Usually hidden in the mountains, a specimen has been spotted several times at the gates of Lyon, in a forest in Curis-au-Mont-d'Or. Photographic traps set up by hunters revealed the presence of a lynx during the last month of December.

While expecting to discover wild boars to analyze their habits, the hunter who retrieved the images saw a lynx strolling by a pond before encountering it twice in the town. In recent months, a similar lynx has been spotted 176 times in the Beaujolais region. Is it the same animal? The question remains unanswered, as its exact identification is impossible...
